RETURNS & EXCHANGES

For Artwork
We want you to love your collection, but if for any reason you are not satisfied with your Kids of Dada purchase, you may return it within 15 days of your receipt to receive a full refund for the price of the artwork. 

Shipping charges will not be refunded, and return shipment costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If you do decide to return your Kids of Dada artwork, please follow these instructions:

Step 1:
Email customercare@kidsofdada.com with your order number and detail the reason for the return and request confirmation of shipping address for returned.

Step 2:
Print out the Return Authorization form, fill it out, and include in the return shipment:

Step 3:
Carefully pack the artwork in its original container along with the Return Authorization form. Also include all of the packaging materials and certificate of authenticity that was included in the package.

Step 4:
Unfortunately, sometimes when shipping items, parcels get damaged. If your order arrives in less than satisfactory condition, simply take a photo of the artwork and one of the shipping containers it arrived in. Then send us an email with the attached photos to customercare@kidsofdada.com along with you order number, the shipping ID or item number, a brief description of the reason for the return and we will reply to you within 48 hours.

For Merchandise

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item (s) within 15 Days of receipt for an exchange, refund or credit (less shipping costs).

If the item has been damaged in transit, incorrectly supplied or develops a fault, we will refund the cost of shipping.

Contact us at customercare@kidsofdada.com, and state your Order Number and the reason you wish to return item, upon which we will email you a Returns Number and instructions for shipping the item back to us.  When we receive the item and check it, we will either ship you a replacement, or issue a credit or refund within 7 days.

In all other cases, you'll need to cover the cost of returning the item. We recommend you obtain proof of shipping, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in the mail or otherwise not delivered to us.  For hygiene reasons, earrings for pierced ears cannot be returned. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
